2️⃣ Contact us to confirm availability for your event date.
3️⃣ Complete your reservation by:
- Signing the waiver agreement
- Completing the payment or deposit
4️⃣ Pickup or Delivery:
- Free pickup available in Midvale
- Delivery, setup, and pickup services available for an additional fee
5️⃣ Enjoy your event! 🥳
6️⃣ Return the rental item within 24 hours in clean and good condition to receive your security deposit refund.

Yes. Safety is very important when using our inflatables. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone:
✅ Adult supervision is required at all times
✅ Remove shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, and pets before entering
✅ Do not exceed the recommended number of children or weight limit
✅ Separate smaller children from bigger children when possible
✅ No flips, rough play, climbing on walls, or hanging from nets
✅ Keep the inflatable away from fire, grills, or sharp objects
✅ Use only on flat and clean surfaces
✅ Do not use during heavy rain, strong winds, or severe weather conditions
✅ The blower must remain connected and running at all times during use⚠️ For safety reasons, the inflatable should not be used if winds exceed 15 mph or during bad weather conditions.
